1 General Provisions

tkbazi is an online betting and gaming platform operated for adult users in Bangladesh. These terms apply to the tkbazi website, mobile application, and all related services.

tkbazi may at any time request a national identity card or other documents to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. This process is essential for security and fraud prevention.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials confidential. Sharing a password with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

The payment methods currently accepted on tkbazi are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum amount for all deposits is ৳300. While no maximum limit is set, large transactions may require additional verification.

New users can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; a ৳34,000 deposit receives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳54,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus funds, a 15x wagering requirement must be met. This means a ৳1,200 bonus requires a total of ৳18,000 in bets. Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

• The bonus can only be used once — one welcome bonus per account.
• tkbazi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

4.3 VIP and Cashback Program

The tkbazi VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%; Silver — up to 0.8%; Gold — up to 1.1%; Platinum — up to 1.5%. Higher tiers can be reached through regular activity and continued engagement on the platform.

5 Fair Play Rules and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Permitted Use

Users are permitted to play games on the tkbazi platform fairly and legitimately. Any form of manipulation, cheating, or attempt to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in the immediate permanent closure of the account:

• Operating games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Collusion or group bet planning to circumvent bonus requirements.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to meet wagering requirements using multiple accounts.
• Harassment or abusive behaviour toward other users.

5.3 Match Fixing and Manipulation

tkbazi reserves the right to void any bet in sports betting that is connected to match fixing or manipulation. If such activity is detected, the associated funds will be frozen.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

tkbazi may accept or decline any bet. If a bet is incorrectly processed due to a technical error, incorrect odds, or any other reason, that bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Suspension

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered, bets will be settled in accordance with tkbazi's established rules. In general, the stake is returned in such cases.

6.3 Live Betting

In live betting, scores, statistics, and odds may not be fully reliable. Users make decisions at their own risk and tkbazi is not responsible for any losses arising from reliance on the information displayed.

7 Responsible Gaming
